The National Architectural Accreditation Board’s mission has been “leadership in, and the establishment of, educational quality assurance standards to enhance the value, relevance, and effectiveness of the architectural profession” for programs in the United States. Given the increasing globalization of the profession, American architects practicing throughout the world, architects from other countries increasingly seeking to work in the United States, and professional organizations from a number of countries seeking the advice and help of the NAAB in developing educational standards in their own countries, the following are ways in which the NAAB provides services that are in addition to its core mission:
